None of what you are saying makes any sense. How can they dump 700m - 1b shares when there are only around 110m restricted shares, 879m shares outstanding, and 1b authorized shares? That would only leave around 230m shares total that could possibly be converted between the OS & AS difference plus the restricted shares...
