I don't think so. We are years away from needing miners and it's likely they will be hired by whatever company Niocorp uses to operate the mine and not direct employees of Niocorp.

In the near term after financing, engineers and technicians and mostly construction workers in all trades will be needed.

Hey GE- I think the labor force will come back around to support the work being created. There does exist a lag in creating, finding & producing qualified people willing to do some of the "tougher skilled trades" jobs here in the U.S. & Canada Hence the push for training & apprenticeship programs moving forward to draw in the younger crowd & "helmets to hardhats programs" etc...
With manufacturing coming back to our shores. Shipyards, HEAVY Construction, Mining, Steel Working, Electrical/Linesmen & more...
The U.S. will get there once again I think. We don't need China as much as they need us...(IMHO)
