Hey GE- I think the labor force will come back around to support the work being created. There does exist a lag in creating, finding & producing qualified people willing to do some of the "tougher skilled trades" jobs here in the U.S. & Canada Hence the push for training & apprenticeship programs moving forward to draw in the younger crowd & "helmets to hardhats programs" etc... With manufacturing coming back to our shores. Shipyards, HEAVY Construction, Mining, Steel Working, Electrical/Linesmen & more... The U.S. will get there once again I think. We don't need China as much as they need us...(IMHO)
