For mice the dose response curve flatten outs at about 15 mg/kg dose.

It would seem that about 15mg/kg for mice seems to be the maximum required according to the graph. The MRI images show differences between the 10mg/kg image and the 30mg/kg image. Unfortunately there were not any data points between 10mg/kg and 30mg/kg to show exactly what the responses are in the gap between those two values.

Humans may be different as the P2a AD data suggests.
