Wrong . Company will be sold for 18.5 bill. ( if will be sold ) At the time of negotiation PPS will be around $ 5.25 and preferred shares will be around $19.00. Koss already mentioned that company is going by own pipe lines and is not for sale nor merger . That means company is targeting to NASDAQ and will be traded at NASDAQ with PPS from $3.75 . Max price in a first year at NASDAQ will be around $11.80 per share . In two years price will be around $60 per share . 5 years $280per share . Company solutions drug for cancer will be all over the World . Why early investors don’t understood where or for what they invest money ? I don’t know .
