We didn't see that in the AD data. The Rett data may show such an effect at the higher doses.

Not an asymptote, a "maxima". Asymptotes arise from mathematical functions that approach (never meeting) a limit as some "x" goes to an infinity.

This is not a mathematical function, it's a physiological process: a charted dose (a finite "x") response would have a maxima(s).
