Wouldn't they have to accumulate controlling shares? I think RGBP is set up that it can't be bought out in a hostile takeover. If it were, I guarantee a big pharma company would have already swooped in with $100 mil to take RGBP's patents. Of course, it's not that simple. They're going to have to pony up $5 billion or more if they want what RGBP has.
