It wasn't either of those. It was more professional. I think Peter Karol referenced it.

Nonetheless, the link described in exacting detail how the bacterium attacked the brain and how their antibiotic countered that. Any antibiotic, infection-specific, is downstream from the immune system and chromatin function, where 2-73 operates. CRTX claims all Alzheimer's cases are caused by their bacterium, not just some; I don't think they can show that. It's certain their therapy is limited to infections, and does not apply beyond AD.

Most likely its this:

The Author is 1 smart dude! He's on twits, very nice person to talk with. Peter touched base with him before starting to write about crtx in his blog on AVXL, ANVS, SAVA and now CRTX.

There is also a writeup on reddit now https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/comments/ohwko9/cortexyme_crtx_and_gain_clinical_trial_is/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

I'm not sure what to make of the liver issue, I just am thankful we don't have that issue with 2-73!

Anyone have an opinion on the FDA never allowing the OLE to start back up but allowing the trial to finish?

infitvest, thanks for the links.
