I bet all those who ran from the August deadline to still run into the September deadline are feeling foolish now. All that work for a 40-45 day difference. The issue is on the company, not the investors.

I just spoke with a TDA rep who hadn't heard about that, but he contacted a senior trader to double-check. That person also has not heard of a postponement.

Their trading restrictions will begin Thursday, August 13th.
