Thanks Marzan. I believe the Acadamy of Sciences has a book on trials that explains this quiet period. And also, any lawyer worth his salt would be counseling any company in the same position to do the same thing, while awaiting data. There are examples and I’ve posted before. I simply do not have the time to focus on it, to find again that info and post it. But it’s a real thing. Not a requirement, but no company recklessly should get themselves in trouble. We know that companies actually do this and get 10 or more law firms claiming an “investigation” during periods like this, but it is simply prudent for a small, under capitalized company to avoid that mess if they can.
