Am I safe to conclude that NWBO's self declared "quiet period" will cease no later than 9/11/21 @ 12 PM CT?

It appears difficult to remain in a "quiet period" when the company will discuss publicly "Accelerating the Pathways for New Treatments" at ABTA.

Thoughts?
