They cannot share due to executive privilege. Maybe that’s why we lose. Maybe the jury trial is going to be a zero. We will see. Gary Hindes has been doing distressed investing for 40 years and he thinks we get par and no more than that. We will see

If I only get par for the pre NWS shares, I will take it. I had enough on NWS day to make a difference in my life.

Since the appeals court said that the rights travel with the shares in Lamberth and it is a class action with direct claims(why I want direct claims to survive in COFC), feel okay with that.
