There is no possible way that this goes Pink by Friday. They haven't even uploaded fins yet. And even if they upload them by the end of the day, there is no way that the OTC will be able to review them by Friday. There is a huge backload of filings that the OTC is trying to deal with (due to the fact that a LOT of penny stocks are trying to get current).

That means that (starting Monday), many large brokerages will only allow liquidations of the stock. That will create a lot of selling pressure which will drive the price down. That downwards pressure has already started and will only continue to increase through this week and next.

It is at least 6-7 weeks until that. As pissed as I am about the BS from the CEO, I have no problem riding this out till then to see what happens. Just having a buying stop on TDA is not the grey market.
