Lemmiwinks - great point. can some one please confirm if Amarin has some thing mentioning more than 12 weeks for infringement in the delaware case documents. I think even Du ruled in Amarin favor that more than 12 week script would be infringement. If Amarin is missing something like this for obvious reasons, they need to be told.
