misiu143, Praying for your son and family.

Real life crashes in. All the non-science rants look trivial. The 'leronsaline' comments look worse than that. What are your goals?

('Gee, Grandpa, why did you type all those nasty things about Vyrologix back then?'

Hey listen kids, I was trying build up your inheritance, and besides, the ceo was from the Middle East. Don't you get it?)

ANVISA says no approval to treat patients in Brazil---

AUGUST 5
Last Monday (2/8), Anvisa approved the initiation of the clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the drug leronlimab and not the treatment of moderately ill patients with pneumonia caused by Covid-19.

https://www.gov.br/anvisa/pt-br/assuntos/noticias-anvisa/2021/anvisa-apresenta-um-panorama-das-vacinas-e-medicamentos-contra-a-covid-19

I send an e-mail few days ago to Dr NP telling him about my son and what to do, few minutes later Dr Kelly called me. So he told me it will not be possible to get leronlimab now since after being approve in Brazil they stopped for now EIND.

Misiu,

Thank you for this detailed account of your son's condition and treatment. I pray that he and the millions of others that can benefit from leronlimab will have their chance to get it!

Um, misiu, Right To Try demands ALL approved treatment options be administered first right?

RIGHT?

The Right to Try Act is one way for patients who have been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases or conditions who have tried all approved treatment options and who are unable to participate in a clinical trial to access certain investigational treatment options. FDA’s role in implementing the Right to Try Act is limited to receiving and posting certain information submitted to the agency.
https://www.fda.gov/patients/learn-about-expanded-access-and-other-treatment-options/right-try

Here are the approved drugs straight from the horses mouth at the FDA---

Actemra (Tocilizumab)

Veklury (Remdesivir)

Olumiant (baricitinib)

Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir and ritonavir)

https://www.fda.gov/drugs/emergency-preparedness-drugs/coronavirus-covid-19-drugs

Heres the official Right To Try Act---

‘‘(B) who has exhausted approved treatment options
and is unable to participate in a clinical trial involving
the eligible investigational drug, as certified by a physician,

https://www.congress.gov/115/bills/s204/BILLS-115s204enr.pdf

Your quote---

They started IV dexamethasone and IV antibiotics. also order remdesivir.
I told my son that there is no reason for this toxic drug as it will not help him at all.
So last night doctor , infectious disease call me from my son room , said that my son is to sick to wait for leronlimab even few days , and I
agreed , we need to give him something , so after talking about all approved drugs we decided on tocilizumab , hoping that he will not develop serious infection since both dexamethasone and tocilizumab are immunosuppressive drugs.

So, misiu, tell us how remdesivir was refused, baricitinib and Paxlovid were NOT administered and only tocilizumab was used and yet 2 doctors signed the RTT paperwork and CYDY Fedex'd the drug to Florida...tell us how this is all not a violation of the Right To Try Act.
