Takings from day one have a great shot with derivative claims looking good. Direct claims are an uphill battle. There might be a bone thrown to direct claims for pre c-ship holder's loss of trade value with remedy being small compared to the large derivative taking from the companies. Sucks more than ever to be JPS :-)
