Pearl Harbor can hardly be compared to a trading halt. A more astute investor would know that a SEC investigation of any kind has the possibility of a trading halt. I only mentioned the possibility. If there’s massive short coviering it can delay a stock, and the opposite can occur. If you read the post carefully I only mentioned it as possible. Their finances don’t look good.
