I get what you’re saying. And if it were late breaking news, then it’d be almost possible. I haven’t researched this so I can’t say for sure, but I doubt a 10k has ever caused a trading halt. Again: because nothing in the 10k is new enough to react that violently to. I guess we’ll see.
