Just closing out your Bioamber shares? Ask the broker if they can transfer them to another account. I'd be interested in collecting some more Bioamber shares. In this case you would be the Vendor like Bioamber; and I would be the Purchaser like LCY Biosciences. Ask the broker if they will charge a commission or if we can get the APA special where Bioamber and LCY Biosciences are not liable for any brokerage commission in connection with "THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS AGREEMENT".
