So as you point out, it says "transactions contemplated by this agreement". So, I can tell you about the transactions I know about from the Agreement- the APA and supporting documents, including but not limited to assignment agreements for patents, etc. If this is the smoking gun you are hoping for, there would have to be another transaction contemplated by the Agreement, as in, the details, etc. You cant say a transaction is contemplated in an agreement and then not contemplate it, with any details, in the Agreement.
