I believe PHIL started buying back billions of shares in the low trips through brokerage. Not starting at .005
If you we're around back then as a shareholder, you would have noticed "daily" the accumulation of shares that were always being bought in the same amounts each day. They seemed to follow the rules of stock buyback where the company's purchase or bid price may not exceed the highest current independent bid quote or last independent sale price, whichever is higher. The company must also stay within trading volume restrictions unless it is doing a block trade.
Unless I'm wrong, I highly believe shares were already being bought back for PHIL way back in 2020 while in the trips through a broker. The very low trips like .0001 or so. The pattern went on for weeks and weeks into months.
This is just my opinion. Obviously Henry will tell shareholders when it is TIME to do so. Whether it is tomorrow or not. I'm not sure if he can say anything even at the moment.
Very excited to see what Henry discloses on the CC. We know there will definitely be something of major interest that he wasn't able to say before because PHIL wasn't current. Now they are!!!!!
