I picked the buyback figure of $75,000,000 as only an example of what it would cost at .005, it actually would be much higher, since we know no shares were bought back prior to June 30, 2021, because the amended 10K/A said that. I posted the exact statement from that filing earlier. I have never said PHIL was a scam, just a massively diluted company. Everything I have posted is backed up by the filings.
