PHIL will be at $1.30 or more next. I have been around for almost 20 years playing penny stocks. I have never ever seen a company that transparent like PHIL. Henry talks the talk and Walk the Walks.

There was no link to where $75,000,000 was coming from, that would equal the 15 BILLION shares they were going to buy on the open market X .005. Keep in mind that would still leave 11 BILLION shares OS. Just saying, logic says it’s not happening.
