Henry said the buyback details would be open market and negotiated transactions. He said this on many CC and also told us he is not at liberty to discuss the details until current. Today we are current and those shares have been returning and will be retired here soon.
It's well known that brokers capped out around 19bill shares and started reducing these last few months.
It's also well known that on financials considerations showed for cash paid. If you don't know what cash paid means it says per "Cash consideration is the purchase of the outstanding stock shares of a company using cash as the form of payment."
OTC still shows the total shares because they are not retired.
