We haven't perfected the full licensing arrangement with the other patents owner. But that doesn't mean we won't. The company has done a great job of securing other useful IP around 2-73, which will result in a legal stalemate. And if 2-73 gets regulatory approval for such important medical use, a judge is going to push hard on both parties to arbitrate, or settle any lawsuit if it comes to that. As I posted a while ago, there will be a future negotiation over 2-73 if all goes well. (And the company is clearly confident of that.)
