Yep, Kkr has two seats on the board and two seats as the lead arrangers. Kkr was paid 100+ million from direct buy back. August 1, millions will be spent as a direct buy back maybe…could be….The bk is complete, LT and ownership change is done as well….The debt collateral interest has to be catch-up before utilized……How much money will be spent and to where. Starts to unfold very soon….
