It is my understanding Hanilu Farms does not use Electrocoagulation.

We do not know that Hanilu is using SHMP "tech". If it is known, please provide a link to prove it.

If the "agreement" doesn't commit SHMP to providing resources, or provide revenue to SHMP, it's not substantive or material. In that case, it's a big nothing-burger.

There's certainly no 8-K to memorialize a material agreement...so nothing-burger it is.
