Anyone with Insurance is getting a PA that requires Trig levels. Vast majority will be below 500. Amarin reps need to explain to Docs how to get insurance coverage for the below 500 patients and those patients will only qualify for Vascepa.
Amarin needs to focus on insurers and make it clear how to avoid intent to infringe on the use patent. 3X damages if jury decides there is willful intent to infringe.
