So, you want me to interpret YOUR interpretation, of the author's interpretation of Scotus?

THIS is the problem. You cant ignore what the lower courts are now to decide. Its sort of like saying, "Well, if that guy would not have died, how long would he have lived?"

While I recognize the importance of Scotus decision, I would much rather see an interpretation by say, Obiterdictum.

In the alternative, try interpreting the scotus decision yourself.

I did not see the "bolded" words in scotus. It looks like the author made those up.

Do you realize that every time a copy of a copy of a copy..of a copy..ad infinatum..it would eventually be blank, because the copier loses something each time.
