I don't think it was a scam, I believe Boster got in way over his head not reallt understanding the penny stock market, the procudures and what needed to be done to make it work. I also think once word got out about Ameca Mining there was little need to go public especially via the OTC to get any money raised. It then became, "what can we do with this shell I paid for" and the idea shifted to Schatzi but at that point they were probably just spitballing ideas that would be beneficial with no concrete plan in place
