Yes. The rule has been communicated for quite some time, as MANY companies would need fair warning in order to become compliant. The OTC is literally the wild west. It is full of risk and fraud. The SEC rule is attempting to separate the bad actors. I can't speak to why Fidelity won't let you buy shares. As I said in prior posts...maybe they can see the writing on the wall and are concerned about being able to deliver.
Yeah it's because it's pink with no information. If you're selling this symbol you should probably stop and ADD more. Just saying if you have the cash to burn. Today's volume of like 1.6 million at today's high of .006 something is only like 10 grand of volume. If something happens here and buying volume picks up money to the holders. Honestly I quit trading all together back in 2015 because in didn't know what I was doing. It's embarrassing but I didn't even know what market and limit orders were so I came in taking out multiple Ask then selling back into multiple Ask. The pros most have loved me for a second. I learned my lesson quick and would strongly advise people to educate themselves before investing. There are levels to this game like everything in life but i think I'm going to play here again soon with another position I have. Not day trading again though. Definitely at the least need to educate myself in the level 2 watching aspect before attempting that again. Buy here if you can GLTA
