This PR is truly what a company with plan puts out. They have no money to fund squat and can't even divulge what exact IP they will move forward with. Is that a huge warning sign? You betcha!

One starts to realize Koos' plan to get current is solely to keep his con going to pay himself that $180K a year to do absolutely nothing.
One can only hope the settlement with Chemdiv happens soon because that might be the one catalyst to push this past 10 cents. Might is the operative word. But I am not optimistic that Chemdiv will want to settle and would rather take Koos to court.
