No Sir, I'm waiting for the Reverse Split. How is he going to pay for everything that he has said in the dozen or so 8K's. Without the shares to sell to finance everything... he's dead in the water.
When they file the R/S PRE14C they will show the information on FINRA like all the other Reverse Splits they have a "D" on the end so ticker would become RGBPD.
