#35 RE: creede #34

Correct creede,

I recall Alpharidge posting somewhere they have a battery of attorneys, legal professionals from CA and other places to get the job done. No doubt many deep pockets for them

Sometimes the costs to clean up these shells gets a bit pricey. However they make a lot in the end. Forgot name of shell, but they sold one for 400k. After deducting all the expenses of getting a shell, its typically around 50k? Very profitable these shells will be; plus, Im sure they buy shares as well.

Just IMHO, I think Alpharidge will be getting most of all the 13 or 14 G2P stocks left on my list. They are pursing g2ps at a rate of 3-5 per month. No worries for being contested

Based on price action ------Alpha has a great track record

I read they have a clause in NHLG and in many of their shells, the incoming company cannot do an RS for 2 yrs after an RM. Think this is standard for Alpharidge
