Hello creede, filing a form C-AR is expensive I heard, I’m in 2 other stocks that did a reverse merger and filed forms C as well to get current, it’s ILIM and NWTT both own by Frank also, so yes WWRL is for sale and will merge eventually in the future, with this crazy low shares count it could go very very high, WWRL is definitely on my watch!

That's is correct 226AS 10M OS All Alpha shells are locked for 2 years No RS /Dilution/Toxics. Whether they crowdfund or not it is a simple way to get correct SEC Reporting and yes can be pricey. Will all depend on the company incoming as to what they will do. These low floaters oh which Frank has several can see some big gains seems that is his focus now. $WWRL

I have read a twitter screen shot $WWRL reply to r11r1 from suits and stocks. He posted the Form C showing the following

226,000,000 A/S

10,677,707 Outstanding shares (yes thats correct-------10 million)

Also in an older post the float was said to be 2.1 million. Seems very very probable this is true. Last we knew the OS was 31 million

Not sure if WWRL is going to have any future share cancellations. Even if no share cancellations, a 10 million OS is fantastic

Couldnt post yesterday. Last time I saw this Form C was in VNTH. So far I havent seen any dilutions in that one. Never been in VNTH (alpharidge billion share banger and dust biter

Form C bypasses the shell sign and yield sign routine. Form C is very effective in getting the ball rolling

I think Franks low floaters (100 million or less) will perform better than his billion share floaters

Don't know that company is merging in here. So far I havent seen any China whammy stocks from Alpharidge. Not fond of any otc mergers from Asia or Africa as these tend to become illiquid turds

Usually Alpharidge tries to match up shell suitors to the industry a company was in previously. Like a former oil shell to a new oil company merger

Fairly certain with a Form C this will be a USA merger in the tech industry IMO

Looks like I misunderstood the NVsos filings for WWRL

When I saw the word "vacated", I thought the game was over

Alpharidge has about 9 shells left to rescue out of EM including WWRL

HERF (EM) is going to have a 13 million share reduction

Last small tidbit I got from twitter WWRL was Frank "needs help from the merger entity"

Looks like the shell is spoken for. If this can get a share reduction, this could push to dollar land.

Rumored float is around 2.1 million. However, I dont understand how the poster got to that calculation off the 10-k

The last A/S shares was 225,000,000 plus 50,000,000 in the 10-k

The Nvsos is 226,000,000. That number should hold up

The company got seized in bankruptcy shortly early 2003 because of loan defaults? The last verified OS was 31 million on April 30, 2003. The warrants never got used due to being well under water by then. The stock went to limbo and doubt anyone had much chance to sell for significant gains.
