Excellent Post...I was concerned with people's expectations on this. Every step we take NEVER happens the way shareholder's expect it to. Shareholders are emotionally involved (money) many forget how business works, and many forget to think of investing as business.
I have owned a couple small mom and pop business's and nothing happens even as a business owner as fast as I expected them to. I was always at the mercy of others for deliveries, taxes, permits, repairs etc. and they were always at the mercy of there schedules.
It's a crazy cycle. Taxes for instance, my accountant always had other clients as well and my taxes that I tried to always get done early but NEVER got done when I EXPECTED them to. Yes, it was always frustrating but I learned things take time but they eventually get done. And the tax guy I use his company has been my bean counter for over 2 decades (can you say bean counter in this woke erra?).
Every time I thought my accountant would be done it was generally always weeks later, so I couldn't even imagine the magnitude of Henry (PHI GROUP) getting things done for shareholders of the the size of PHIL, in all the different countries and all the different subs etc. Especially the whining crybaby I'm entitled to have it right now mentality shareholders so don't you dare be weeks late.
I believe Henry once caught up will be fairly accurate on his filings. He just needs to say it will be out when its done. As far as 8k's and future press release's just don't say anything until he absolutely has it completed no matter how excited he may be to share it with shareholders. Lets be honest Henry has a past history of consistently getting time lines badly wrong so in order to right that ship he needs to just not give them and say it will be released when done.
As Forrest Gump would say..."that's all I have to say about that".
