No question it would be nice to see a public announcement but at this point, there is still an imbalance of shares that needs to be addressed. I believe action from the attorney is more likely than a public statement from the company....but that doesn't mean the attorney can't make a public statement on behave of its shadow management. I also believe the smartest thing to do is remain silent until it time to act. What are they waiting for? Nobody knows....but I have no problem waiting it out. This is a game of patience and position.
