GO NTES! Expecting an open 60 or lower, DOWN OF COURSE! We called the NTES 65 puts right in the 3:30 reversal period.. looks like we made another KILLING ON THE ASIANS. We also held the SINA leftover 40'puts from the 45/50 straddle. November 60 puts cost 2.65 but waited until NTES rallied around the same time, With the intraday short that should be over 200% gain on the options.
We don't really follow the general market trends as much although we keep a very strong eye on the nasdaq and dow futures intraday (60, 5 minute and daily charts) and of course we had the SMH yesterday and posted that intraday chart, but for us its still a STOCK SELECTOR's market and I'm not wholly bullish or bearish but will follow the stocks through earnings and run with the bulls when our stocks run up and run with the bears when we anticipate THE STOCK itself has run up too much. Traders can all make money when the market is up 140, but where are they when its down for weeks (in the mountains)
