TMHC I like that one too and opened a position in it about 2 weeks ago, (two weeks early it appears). A slew of home builder earnings reports come out between 7/22 and 7/29. I expect those will get this group moving in the right direction again...

Sorry I didn't see your post before I read cliffvb's post. I like the company, but I don't like the lack of a dividend. I started a position this morning. A 10-point gain would make a very nice percentage from today's price. Conservatively, this stock should go up 50 percent, barring unforeseen circumstances, like a rise in interest rates.

Flipped out of TMHC here in the 25's. They missed estimates, and based on guidance q3 estimates for analysts are waaaaaaay too high, I would expect $1.20 max if they hit guidance for q3. I Also didn't like that new orders were down y/y, and for them to hit guidance they have to have a huge number in q4 far more than I thought they would need. Stock is still cheap, and I like the GM numbers, could be a mistake, but just didn't love it, CCS quarter was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better in my opinion. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
