Thanks. I bought some. I like that they build age 55+ communities. That is the right place to be, especially in States like North Carolina.

So, my 2 homebuilder plays are LEN and TMCH. IF TMCH's earnings are good, I don't see why the stock couldn't make it back to its 52-week high.
