Oh, now I remember you bringing that biomarker MDM2 up as a predictor for a CI hyperprogression in non-small cell lung cancer.
However, in the case you cite below, those GBM patients that lived longer (median 12.7) did NOT have that CDK4/MDM2 amplification. Still, I get your overall point; the jury’s of course still out on how it’ll work with DCVax in GBM. The mouse studies were certainly compelling.
