“Important afterthought” is likely a slight understatement regarding idh status, in that if one goes back to the 2020 PRs, it is apparent they felt obligated to get in idh data before lock. It is entirely possible that given the new definition of GBM, IDH mutant (if any in the trial) might be censored in at least an alternative version. The SAP/protocol were likely not finalized until Aug/Sept 2020, and it is hard to imagine NWBO and regulatory agencies not accounting for the new/developing definition in trials not yet unblinded. So it may be presumptuous to think we know how GBM was defined in the final version of the trial protocol. It could be both old and new/developing definitions were incorporated in the alternative.
