I wish they could do more. I think these are difficult situations or it would have been the object of a successful suit stopping this behavior long ago, and it would have ended such behavior or made it more costly. I have seen no evidence that the courts have an appetite for rewarding such lawsuits or legal efforts.
The tabloids have an audience just like Jerry Springer and WWF. Better to just not be part of the audience if you don’t like their brand of “entertainment”. Years ago I got cut off from making comments to Adam’s blogs and since then have moved away from social media and other blog sites except for this forum. Adam took a big hit responding to a comment I made years ago about Direct and he has never lived that one down. The fact that NWBO is at the finish line is a sticking point with him too because he has never acknowledged the positive evidence all around that the science behind the DCVax platform is sound and that cell therapy is taking off because of the promise seen by clinicians in trials like this L Phase 3. Knowing the agendas of the talking heads helps those who wish to benefit from how they play. Best wishes.
