Yes. I am now extremely confident about results especially since MES is a really significant part of GBM. DCVAX L did not have any efficacy wrt IDHmt according to previous trials but now such signatures are not GBM. Accordingly, one could conclude that DCVAX works for all IDHwt and especially well for MES and DNA methylation types. Anticipate a great TLD supported by a peer reviewed journal article.
