Lykiri initially recently found it after I pointed out Dr. Liau was ahead of the international neurooncology community regarding not considering IDH mutant as GBM (although the community was gradually coming around). Once he found that it was going to change, I followed up to confirm. I pointed out many implications, and more posters on the board then pointed out some additional implications. All good for DCVax-l, imho. Team effort. My real contribution was simply remembering Dr. Liau’s (and Dr. Prins) long time distinction regarding IDH mutant (aka proneural) as something other than GBM. I also followed enrollment sites closely on clinical trials.gov for a while, years ago, and noticed NWBO probably avoided enrolling young adults to the extent possible. If so, that also bodes well for limiting IDH mutant in the trial.
