Yes, because the current SOC basically doesn't do much for the "true" GBM ("true" according to the revised diagnosis procedure). I agree with Flipper's assessment.

... it’s looking like NWBO is creating a true class of long term GBM survivors by treating them with DCVax-l, whereas in the past, most long term survivors getting SOC therapy were, by today’s standards, not suffering from GBM, but were instead exhibiting idh mutations — which are no longer considered GBM by the World Health Organization.
