BB,
I realize that the financials are a very important part of all that we're doing. I just believe that what we're doing is revolutionary enough that those who're interested in the company recognize how great the financial potential of the company is.
Nothing ever forces a company to make a deal, I believe that NWBO could go it alone and be very successful. Clearly it will take authorizing more shares, but I don't believe that will be a problem after TLD is released. I believe we'll see $5 to $10 or more on TLD, if I'm right about that and if 1.5 to 2 billion shares are authorized, it won't take all that many shares to bring in $100 million or more, that should be sufficient to get trials going with DCVax-Direct as well as fully supporting the roll out of sales for DCVax-L. If both these things go well it won't be that long before our share price is $20 or more and that will rate $30 or so in a buyout or partnership. The only question in my mind is, the further the company takes both of these products the more I believe they'll want in either partnership or buyout for the company. Perhaps more importantly the company just might realize that they can do it all themselves and that may be the path to the greatest financial gain for all involved.
I'm not saying this will be the case, but I wouldn't fear if that were what happened. I would suspect that many years ago one or more BP's had an eye on AMGN, perhaps they made an offer, but AMGN didn't accept it. I have to believe that AMGN investors did far better staying with AMGN than had it been bought out 30 or so years ago when you first heard its name.
