It appears Michael Zoyes might be a co-conspirator in the government case against Svorai and the 6 OTC co’s. Judging by everything I’ve read today on CATV case he might very well be confidential source in CATV case to save himself in the grand jury case. Also his daughter was holding a ton of convertible debt in GRCV (implicated in the grand jury case, now trading under YUKA) along with Zoyes, Taieb, and Svorai and his brothers, all of whom are either named or un-named co-conspirators.
