In order for the sd claim to work out, nwgc needs to be affiliated with a business or registered with the secretary of state in sd in order to do business in south Dakota. The regs are in the sd sos website. Plus in the searchable database they are not found as pending or active/current.

However, since the case was dropped by miller. All the actions taken since the "official" shareholder meeting, are all now null and void. Once the court recognized the quorum wasn't met. They, the court, didn't grant an exception to the rule. Miller withdrew his case for it mid-case after his lawyer quit on him. So idk if Florida defaults back to previous judgement or if it means it's withdrawn per millers request and that means none of his actions were official.

So if it's worse case, well then I shouldn't have to tell you what that means.
