Agree. But Jake might have more on his mind than just those shares for his lawsuit. I mean, maybe he WANTS to go to court and have Tilton go though the DISCOVERY phase?
Anyhow, if you can, explain why you think Tilton hasn't done that after all these YEARS. (FOUR in fact). Forgetting about them doesn't seem possible.
